By accessing or using VibedIn (“the service,” “the site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of the service

VibedIn is a discovery tool that suggests travel locations and experiences based on preferences and “vibes” you select. It is not a travel agency, booking platform, or tour operator. We do not sell flights, accommodation, insurance, or any travel products. Any bookings or purchases you make are solely between you and third parties (airlines, hotels, platforms, etc.) under their terms.

3. No professional advice

All content on VibedIn is provided for general information and inspiration only. It does not constitute professional advice of any kind—including but not limited to travel, legal, medical, safety, immigration, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying information with official sources (e.g. government travel advisories, visa requirements, health guidance) before travelling or relying on any suggestion.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including descriptions, images, videos, or links.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibedIn and its creators, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or any third-party content or links. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The VibedIn brand, interface, and original text are owned by us or our licensors. Images, videos, and other media may be owned by third parties and used under their licenses or terms. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our or others' content without permission unless expressly allowed by applicable license or law.

7. Third-party content and links

The site may display or link to content from third parties (e.g. images, videos, tourism sites, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of such content or sites. Your use of third-party content or links is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
