By accessing or using VibedIn, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of the service

VibedIn is a travel-discovery tool. It is not a travel agency, booking platform, or tour operator. We do not sell flights, accommodation, insurance, visas, or travel products. Purchases and bookings are between you and third-party providers under their own terms.

3. No professional advice

Content on VibedIn is for general information and inspiration only. It does not constitute legal, medical, immigration, financial, or safety advice. You are responsible for verifying information with official sources before making decisions.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or freedom from defects. You use the service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibedIn, Asetral, and their team members or partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

The VibedIn brand, interface, and original site content are owned by Asetral or its licensors. Third-party media and links remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy or redistribute protected content except where permitted by law or license.

7. Third-party content and links

The service may display or link to third-party content, websites, and services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or privacy practices.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive scraping, introduce malware, or interfere with site operations. We may limit or suspend access where misuse is detected.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms when required by legal, operational, or product changes. The updated date above indicates the latest version.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes will be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Turkiye.

If mandatory law in your country grants you a right to bring claims in your country of residence, that right remains unaffected. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
